The fees inclusive of all taxes shall be paid by the client prior to the services being given. Displayed price in UAE, will be the same price and currency charged to the Card and printed on the Transaction Receipt.

REFUND: All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment (10 days after the notification) CLINICA ONE will not trade or provide any services to individuals and companies owned or controlled by, or acting for or on behalf of, OFAC targeted countries AND individuals, groups, and entities, such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers designated under the OFAC programs that are not country specific.

1. Please note that all refunds, where applicable, will be done using the same payment method that was used for payment of the order i.e. for purchases paid by credit / debit card, the funds will be credited into the same card used for the payment of the order. Please note that the time taken to process refunds into credit or debit cards is outside our control and thus you are to communicate directly with your card issuer or bank.

2. Please note that returning of your order may not be refunded under certain circumstances, and Clinica One reserves the right to use its discretion with regards refunding payments of any additional charges over and above the stated price.

3. All services that are placed based on Special Offers and/or Coupon Codes and/or Voucher orders cannot be exchanged and/or refunded. This is due to various cost factors as well as operational issues that are involved. As such, we are not in a position to be able apply the return policy for such type of orders. Also note the amount to be refunded will not be inclusive of discounts/coupons, thus you will be refunded only for the amount you were charged.

1. Clinica one ensures that all orders of services will be available as possible, should you need to cancel your order and/or amend any of the details of your existing service, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
2. It must be noted that there is no guarantee that any such changes/amendment will be implemented to your service.
3. It is your responsibility to ensure that all your contact information, as well as your billing are correct, so as to prevent inconveniences arising in scheduling and fulfilling your services. Also please ensure that you review all of your order’s information, before submitting.
4. If at any time you would like to cancel your service, a fee of 10% minimum charge of 100 AED will be deducted from the amount you have paid. A notification of cancellation should be at least 48hrs before the service date.
